Keyboardist, Music Director, and Educator<\/p>\n

Jimmy \u201cFingers\u201d Towles is an accomplished multi-<\/p>\n

instrumentalist and music educator based in Reading,<\/p>\n

Pennsylvania. As a seasoned keyboardist, bassist,<\/p>\n

vocalist, talk boxer, producer, bandleader, and teacher,<\/p>\n

Jimmy has built a dynamic career spanning over three<\/p>\n

decades and nearly every major musical genre\u2014from<\/p>\n

gospel, classical, and jazz to reggae, rock, R&B, and<\/p>\n

pop.<\/p>\n

Jimmy began his musical journey at age seven with<\/p>\n

classical piano training, while simultaneously<\/p>\n

developing his ear through church performances. By<\/p>\n

fifteen, he was already performing for large audiences<\/p>\n

and gained national recognition when his church band<\/p>\n

won first place three times at the renowned Amateur<\/p>\n

Night at the Apollo Theater in Harlem, NY.<\/p>\n

At nineteen, he founded and led his own band, Jimmy<\/p>\n

Fingers and Generations, working alongside veteran<\/p>\n

musicians. Jimmy not only performed but also<\/p>\n

composed, arranged, and managed bookings for the<\/p>\n

group. After studying music education at West Chester<\/p>\n

University, he launched a full-time professional music<\/p>\n

career, performing with numerous bands across genres<\/p>\n

and styles.<\/p>\n

Jimmy\u2019s talent and versatility have led to international<\/p>\n

tours and performances with iconic artists such as The<\/p>\n

Supremes, The Three Degrees, Kelis, Jaguar Wright,<\/p>\n

Gerald Veasley, and Eric Roberson. From 2006 to 2010,<\/p>\n

he was a core member of Burnt Sienna, one of the East<\/p>\n

Coast\u2019s premier top-40 cover bands.<\/p>\n

After a successful run with the band, Jimmy toured<\/p>\n

Japan, where he met his wife Masumi, a professional<\/p>\n

vocalist. Together, they performed as a duo and<\/p>\n

produced concerts, including the \u201cSoul Music Festival,\u201d<\/p>\n

a benefit concert supporting victims of the 2011<\/p>\n

earthquake and tsunami.<\/p>\n

Today, Jimmy remains active in music as a live<\/p>\n

performer, music director, and producer. He offers<\/p>\n
